Features of the Scheme

  • Provision of a round the clock (24x7) control room call centre facility to be operated for responding to calls from accident sites/hospitals/Medical Care Facilities for assisting the victims in getting immediate cashless treatment facility as per the scope of this project.
  • Integrate and co-ordinate with Ambulances deployed by the Authority/contractors/ concessionaires stationed on the National Highways on the Golden Quadrilateral.
  • Hospitals including trauma care centres, super specialty hospitals and neighborhood nursing homes along the subject corridor segments facilitate cashless medical treatment by the empaneled healthcare centres to the accident victims for the first 48 hours.
  • Appropriate medical facility for treatment of road accident victim and at least one secondary care hospital in every 30km stretch from any point of the project highway should be empaneled.
